I really enjoy this gin. It's made from a corn-based neutral spirit and has a hot, spicy character, similar to rye. It's quite remarkable, creamy, and dry. It makes an excellent negroni. Unlike modern gins, it lacks citrus notes, offering just a dry floral intensity. I appreciate it.
