If you appreciate peat, this is an excellent choice for a gin. While I'm not typically a gin drinker, I enjoy this and their barrel-aged options. It truly adds a layer of complexity to a standard gin.
Plenty of citrus followed by honey on the finish. A touch of smoke. Quite good, actually better than anticipated.
Reminiscent of the Botanist, with subtle smoky and peaty notes.
