This whiskey has a surprisingly pale color. This whiskey smells of honey from a beehive carried on a breeze through an orchard. The palate is sweet and creamy, and the finish brings brown sugar and a cake-like flavor, reminiscent of a honey cake with buttercream frosting. It's delightful!

Nose: Quite subtle with fruit notes. Offers pineapple, honey, and a hint of unripe mango. Palate: Smooth and creamy on the tongue. Presents tart green apple and ripe pears, along with a touch of light maple syrup. Finish: Additional apple notes emerge, but mellowed as if cooked. Lingering heather honey sweetness.
The nose is light and biscuity with a hint of honey and lemon. The palate shows slight oak, a touch of spice, and perhaps ginger. The finish is medium, with more wood and spice notes.
Smooth and delightful. A good starting whisky.
Fruity with a touch of sweet maple syrup.
