In the 1950s, a gin named "Berry's Best" existed but ceased production and has been unavailable since 2014. Fortunately, Thames Distillery has recreated this gin using a sample from the last remaining bottle. Winter savory is among its botanicals, believed to impart its distinct flavor, which is smooth, slightly sweet, and floral. This gin is superb in a gin and tonic.
