About this bottle

Benromach Distillery is the smallest distillery in Speyside, employing only two individuals. After a fifteen-year pause, distilling resumed in 1998, and this was the inaugural whisky produced. This mildly peated whisky is divided between two cask types for maturation; 80% matures in ex-bourbon barrels, while the remaining portion is aged in sherry butts.
