Peat, red wine, and milk chocolate blend well on the nose. A sweet red wine entry on the palate, which is creamy and becomes spicy as it's held. There are also notes of peat, caramel, and milk chocolate. The finish is brief and sweet.
Requires additional aging to soften the prominent drying wood characteristics and harmonize the wine cask influence.
