Subsequently, it was finished in Château Cissac wine casks for a period exceeding two years. Château Cissac is a winery situated in the Haut-Médoc area of Bordeaux. This limited bottling resulted in 7,789 bottles worldwide.

Very sweet with a pleasant aroma, featuring notes of liquor, honey, and fruit (plum). Grape and oak provide a lightly smoky and citrus fruit character. Tannin notes are quite prominent on the palate. The finish is peppery, oily, and honeyed, with citrus notes lingering until the end. This whisky is quite sweet, so the 45% ABV makes its presence felt when not being careful. Nevertheless, it's still very good.
Nose of smoked meat and sugar with a hint of light fruit. Taste of pepper, cooked apples, and wood smoke. Finish is meaty.
Very dry, with mild peat and smoke, plus sweet & sharp notes and dark fruits.
