Similar to its 10 Year counterpart, this 5 Year single malt from Benromach is composed of 80% whisky aged in bourbon barrels and 20% whisky aged in sherry casks.

Floral and light nose, with a hint of peat. Dry, floral, and pleasant attack, slightly smoky. Little body, you can clearly sense its youth. Long smoky finish on the tongue. It shows potential, but it's still too young for me.
