About this bottle
Introduced in 2006, the BenRiach Thirty Year is a limited bottling of aged whisky from the distillery, produced under the ownership of Master Distiller Billy Walker, who took over in 2004. The malt matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, with a portion of the spirit undergoing a finishing period in ex-sherry barrels. The batch was vatted for a period before being bottled in limited quantities, only 3,000 bottles, at 50% ABV. This malt is non-chill filtered and contains no added coloring.
