This is a substantial, oily pour. It has a nearly syrupy consistency with notes of bitter citrus and chocolate caramel. It concludes with a buttery ginger sensation that lingers. Consistent with older bottlings from this distillery, it is intricate and multifaceted. This one has grown on me with further sampling. Overall, quite enjoyable.

Wonderful. Ben Nevis consistently delivers, and this expression is exceptionally fruity and old-fashioned! Perfect
Close to being great... a little too simple for my taste, especially considering the price.
