Belle Meade Cask Strength Reserve 20-04

Nose: Syrup, vanilla, brownie bars. Palate: Very enjoyable, smooth, with a lingering warm kick, apple, cinnamon, oak. After opening up: Intense sweetness, oaky syrup, artificial taste. Finish isn't very long. Provides warmth. Needs another try.

All the vanilla is in the aroma. The expected harshness from cask strength. Lots of caramel flavor.
