Roseann Fultz 3.5

Appearance: I perceive a mid-range amber color in this craft bourbon, along with medium-sized oily legs reluctantly descending the glass again. Nose: The nose begins with bready yeast and fermentation, resembling the interior of a brewery. Notes of wheat and dusty grain follow, then fruity strawberry Twizzler candy, red apple, cherry, floral honeysuckle, dandelion and arugula lettuce greens, as well as a maltiness, and an unpleasant astringent cleaning product note. Taste: The palate has a citrusy orange and grapefruit tang, followed by sweet notes of vanilla and caramel, then a bitter herbal note that sweetens towards the finish. Finish: The long sweet honeyed finish is pleasant and truly encourages another sip. Thoughts: I was generally quite impressed with this bourbon. It was unique yet familiar in its aroma and taste. I would recommend it and would be happy to have it again. Thanks, Bear Creek! Cheers!

Shaun Staples 3.8

Incredibly smooth and light, very easy to drink. It has the same alcohol content as their other whiskies, yet I detect no burn whatsoever. Light notes of vanilla and wheat are present. It's good, but I would opt for their wheat whiskey over this one.

Noreen Shuler 3.3

Appears immature on the nose, what is its age? Smells like a brewery. Unripe bananas. Moderately spicy, but not harsh. Light in body, thin in texture.

Journey Godwin 4.0

Lighter body, with slight raisin among a more prominent vanilla. Overall an enjoyable whiskey.

Keisha Williams 4.0

Smell: heavy fruit and hide Taste: vanilla, bracing mint Aftertaste: gnawing wood!

Ida Summers 3.3

Nose shows vanilla and caramel, light on the nose. Some caramel and vanilla on the palate, with a peppery quality for a wheated spirit.
