The Bath Gin Company, located at the Canary Gin Bar in Bath, England, produces Bath Gin. This company is currently constructing its own micro-distillery, which is slated to be the first gin distillery in Bath in over two and a half centuries. Bath Gin incorporates 10 botanicals: juniper, cubeb berries, lemon peel, angelica root, cardamom, licorice, wormwood, kaffa lime leaf, burnt orange peel, and cassia bark. These botanicals are steeped in the base spirit before distillation to create the final product. This distinct gin is bottled at 40% ABV.

A well-rounded, British gin originating from The Bath Gin Company, which was established by the proprietors of the Canary Gin Bar on Queen Street. Their Bath Gin is crafted with eleven components: Cassia Bark, Lemon Peel, Burnt Orange Peel, Cubeb Berry, Licorice, Cardamom, Angelica Root, Wormwood, Kaffir Lime Leaf, along with the essential Juniper Berry, contributing to a smooth finish. And yes, that's an image of Jane Austen winking at you on the label. February 2018
