About this bottle

Bass and Flinders Ochre originates from Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, an Australian wine-producing region with over fifty vineyards, which also offers liqueurs and gins. The Ochre undergoes double distillation in a copper alembic, using Chardonnay grapes from Red Hill. It is then matured in French oak barrels that previously held grape spirit in France. This product is currently exclusive to Australia.

Alfred Quintanilla 3.5

Fruit cake and roasted wood followed by a grappa taste that quickly fades back to toasted wood. Smooth overall, and it's one I can revisit.
