Barrell Bourbon 11 Year Full Proof is the first Full Proof bourbon blend from Barrell Craft Spirits. Unlike their cask strength blends, this bourbon involves selecting individual barrels and then reducing them to their original barrel entry proof. The blend consists of straight bourbons from Indiana (16 & 18 years), Tennessee (16 & 17 years), and Kentucky (11 & 20 years). It is bottled at 123 proof (61.5% ABV) and became available in April 2025 with a suggested retail price of $199.99.
