Aroma presents pleasant notes of cedar, mint, and citrus soap. The palate offers very nice cedar, oak, toffee, and cream soda. A soft, oily mouthfeel and the alcohol content provide a medium-length finish. Glad this is exclusively Indiana product to better understand how their blends interact with Tennessee components.

Excellent pour. The higher alcohol content provides a pleasant warming sensation in the mouth and slightly in the chest! Mint flavors accompany this. First noticed on the nose, then at the initial taste. I detect a strong orange zest, similar to another reviewer's comment, along with subtle nutmeg.
Spearmint and soap on the nose. An intriguing palate... minty, with nutmeg, other baking spices, orange zest, some cedar, leather, and cola. Concludes with a pleasant bitterness. It's complex and smooth for its strength, with almost no burn. Really good. 5/27/18
Spicy pepper and citrus orange notes.
Remarkably sweet with a prolonged finish.
