The aroma offers notes of cherry, vanilla, and newly made whipped cream. The taste begins with a subtle peach sweetness, then the alcohol becomes apparent; the feel is rich and smooth. Simultaneously smooth and spicy with pronounced rye character. Quite easy to drink despite the high proof. The finish is brief.

Sweet at first, but has a slight bite like Jack Daniels as it goes down.
