This is not the standard batch; it's Batch GCB 2. The initial taste has a significant burn. There's a hint of oak, but it's not overwhelming. A sweetness develops and intensifies as you drink. Vanilla and strawberry are definitely present. The burn lingers in the mouth for a considerable time. The strawberry flavor is exceptionally strong, but the burn prevents a higher rating.
