It hits hard right away, which is understandable given the alcohol content. However, it's surprising how much flavor cuts through that intensity almost instantly. It's like the scent of a new car, but as a flavor. And, though I wouldn't know for sure, I imagine a new Ferrari might smell like this. We're not talking about a basic car here. And just as that car interior scent gradually fades to almost nothing, the flavors here do the same. They linger, then fade to a mere hint, and then are gone, leaving only a faint memory.
