Aroma: Notes of honey cornbread, butterscotch, and vanilla. Palate: Flavors of sweet cornbread, cinnamon, butterscotch, and caramel. A very long finish concludes with a fruity syrup note. Quite delicious.
A light cinnamon oatmeal on the front Strawberry syrup finish This is good. I wouldn't pay $100 for it, though. Interested in the next barrel I get to try.
Warm spices like cinnamon and clove greet you first, followed by apple. A pleasant warmth and spice persist, accented by subtle fruit undertones. Truly enjoyable.
