Bankhall Single Malt Whisky

For the cost, it's a nice bottle. It's also a single malt from one of the initial English distilleries. I became interested immediately upon seeing it. Both the smell and taste show the influence of Bourbon and Sherry casks – citrus and berries, a little spice, vanilla, and caramel. A hint of honey at the end. I must admit, though, it is a young spirit, and that's noticeable. Still, a good value for an everyday drink.

Unconventionally pleasing. A reliable whiskey to keep on hand, but avoid opening it for a special occasion, as your drinking companions might tease you... It seems like it would be good mixed with cola, but it's equally enjoyable on its own.
