About this bottle
This represents the oldest expression within Ballantine's standard range. Every component in this blended Scotch spent at least 40 years maturing, sourced from a collection of barrels accumulated over generations from various distilleries, many of which are no longer in operation. First launched in 2012, an extremely limited quantity of 100 bottles are made each year. Each is presented in a wooden box featuring the Ballentine's crest etched in silver, designed by the noted British silversmith Richard Fox.
