Surprisingly very drinkable neat, but not really for deeply enjoying the taste. Taste seems a little flat, initially a bit acidic/stingy, but with a few sips it flows away to a rather mild and sweet rum. It tastes like white rum, with a bit of spice (nutmeg-y) and honey, but you will not get more than that. It is a nice mixer, but it will dissolve all its taste in your cocktail pretty quickly. So I would recommend it if you want to get tipsy on rum for a nice price. It's place is between being barbarian getting drunk on cheap Bacardi and wasting good rum on intensive sipping. Good bottle to take on a party, if you want to show a bit of class, but not much.
