Keisha Infante 3.5

The aroma begins with a smell of freshly cut grass with a slight amount of ethanol present. There is a scent similar to crushed gravel. The drink starts bitter with hints of cut grass, lemon, orange peel, and cinnamon. A bit of a syrupy taste emerges afterward. The drink is rather thin. It finishes with a medicinal orange taste and some astringency. This appears to be an attempt to bridge the gap between Aperol and Campari with less bitterness. The flavors don't meld as seamlessly as in Campari, but it's still decent, especially for the cost.

Erika Janssen 3.8

A beautiful neon rose orange hue. It's floral, orange, and sweet on the nose and palate, with a bitter edge emerging in the finish. Medium light body. It resembles Aperol but is lighter and less bitter. Enjoy it as an aperitif or use it in cocktails like Aperol.

Brodie Lemus 2.5

A potent French aperitif, its intense beginning reveals citrus and herbal notes. A bittersweet journey continues with gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona, culminating in a lengthy, intricate finish. May 2019
