Nose: Toasted caramel with a whisper of granny smith apple Palate: Light oily mouthfeel, with a gentle cinnamon spice and a unfolding of fresh fruit Finish: A light, long finish. Really liked this one. A good introductory spirit for the curious, and enough complexity to keep experienced drinkers engaged.
