This bourbon is fantastic. The distiller established this charming establishment in Santa Fe a short time ago. However, this bourbon, which she had been preparing in secret, has just been released and it's delightful. Sampled without dilution. The aroma is mellow, fragrant, and sugary, with hints of wood, vanilla, and spice. The taste is velvety, concluding with a pleasant aftertaste carrying notes of blossoms and spice. I must return for this, perhaps for a romantic evening. Rest assured, I am purchasing a bottle.

The nose presents Cinnamon Raisin Bread with undertones of caramel, which is directly reflected on the initial taste. The front palate quickly fades into baking spices and spearmint on the back palate, leading to an oily, medium finish that coats the tongue.
Heavy caramel aroma, with oak, dusty grain, vanilla, and grape kool-aid notes.
