Astraeus Desert Single Malt Gin

An intense, contemporary gin made by Astraeus Spirits using carefully chosen malted barley. It's double distilled to keep those cherished whiskey notes, then triple distilled with juniper and a skillfully balanced blend of high desert botanicals like sagebrush and heather before bottling at 57.5% ABV. It begins aromatically with notes of fruits, grains, flowers, nuts, herbs & spices; then a bold middle adds hints of barley, juniper, sagebrush & heather; leading to a long & warm finish with hints of coriander, almonds, orange & strawberry.
