About this bottle

Asbach offers brandies beyond their well-known Uralt, including some that are very uncommon. This bottling from a specific year was released to honor the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989; "Freiheitsbrand" translates from German to "freedom brandy." It undergoes a quarter-century maturation in oak and is presented in a special wooden case that contains a piece of the Berlin Wall.
