The third Ardbeg special tasting dram was a cask strength Ardbeg Blaaack. I thought the committee release was that, but apparently not. They paired it with a glass of pinot from the vineyard. It wasn't mind-blowing, but it would be beneficial to try the lower-strength committee or standard version on its own.
