Nose - Initial light peat/iodine/brine that shifts to butterscotch & caramel, with a touch of citrus and some oak Palate - Significant heat & peat, yet smooth Finish - A long warming sensation down the throat, with peat & pepper notes ** Really wish I had more of this!! 😄
Aged 9 years, it would likely benefit from further aging. Undue peer pressure played a role.
