Aquavit: Distillations by Bache Gabrielsen

Very mild and delicate aroma. A touch of caraway. A nice and delicate taste, one of the better ones I've had. Very mild, perhaps best enjoyed alone. Could easily be overpowered by food due to its delicacy.
