This is the first new release from Angel's Envy since 2013 and the initial limited edition in its Cellar Collection series. The Kentucky straight bourbon spent 4-9 years aging before an additional 2-3 years maturing in oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 100 proof, with only 3600 bottles available at the Angel's Envy Distillery in Louisville and select Kentucky retailers starting February 15, 2019.

Compared to the original Angel's Envy finished in a sherry cask, this bourbon has a solid fruity start that concludes with a heavy dark chocolate flavor and a light smokiness.
Subtle yet full of taste. Detected notes of oak and sherry without being overpowering.
Mellow and easy from start to finish. Bold flavor, sweet with cinnamon and caramel,
Smooth and pleasant with hints of caramel and earth. Pepper dominates, leading to a smooth conclusion.
Very mellow. Not sweet. Sweet caramel candy apple aroma. Dry, mild finish. No heat.
A subtle saltiness is present, making this absolutely wonderful. Unbelievable!
