About this bottle

Cooperativa Capel, a major Chilean spirit cooperative, introduced Alto del Carmen Pisco "The Essence of Muscat" in 2013. This pisco originates from the Huasco Valley, near Alto del Carmen, and is crafted using solely rosada and moscatel de alejandria muscat grapes. Following a triple distillation process, the spirit is presented at 40% alcohol by volume.
