Alpine Distilling Double-Oaked Bourbon Whiskey Private Stock (Total Wine - 2018)

I tried this to compare it with Woodford DO. This seems younger, but the higher proof makes the flavors quite potent. There's some heat, but ice mellows it and smooths it out. It's not Woodford, but it's a pleasing bottling.
