Alma Finca is an orange liqueur originating from Casa Lumbre, a company recognized for other Mexican spirits such as Montelobos, Contraluz, and Ancho Reyes. Its composition includes fruits and spices from the Yucatán Peninsula, such as sweet and bitter orange peels, fresh Persian lime leaves, citrus blossoms, and local spices. A cooperative of regional farmers gathers these components seasonally between October and December. Each ingredient undergoes a separate 5-day maceration process.
