An interesting product that accurately lives up to its name. It has pine on the nose and flavor. It's quite dry and hot when neat, and even with tonic, it remains very woody and dry. Hints of tree sap oiliness appear occasionally. However, it lacks complexity. Between this and the Alpgin Hay, I strongly recommend the latter if you have the chance. Edit: Reduced from 3.5 to 3.0 after another tasting and direct comparison with Zirbin.
