A delicate, Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky by Teaninich Distillery in Highland, Scotland, aged for 14 years in former Bourbon casks before being bottled at a full 108.6 proof by Alexander Murray from California. It presents an aromatic beginning with notes of apple, lemon zest, heather, roasted grain & toasted oak; an elegant & floral middle adds notes of green apple, mixed citrus zests, orange blossoms, granola clusters & oak spice; leading to a delicate medium-length finish with hints of pear, orange & toasted oak.
