Adventurous Stills - Peralta Bourbon Small Batch Straight

Nose: The aroma is dominated by malt, with hints of pie crust and fruit. Palate: Flavors of cherry, caramel, and vanilla are present, with a medium body. Finish: A wave of baking spices is followed by some warmth, then fades to a light maple sugar candy with a touch of vanilla. Thoughts: It’s quite good. The intensity of the heat on the finish isn't entirely to my preference, but it remains a solid drink!
