Saint Lucia Distillers produces Admiral Rodney rums using a traditional twin column Coffey still. This bottling features rums distilled from the lowest section of the still. They underwent maturation in ex-bourbon casks for 9-12 years before blending and bottling.

Nose: White peach, butter, caramel Palate: light, tropical, stone fruit Finish: light Recommended for fans of Zacapa. Admiral Rodney is derived from the lowest distillate cut in a column still. Aged for 9-12 years.
Palate: Smoke, baking spices. The bourbon barrel finish is pleasant. The long finish combines hints of vanilla, bourbon barrel notes, and spices, with a powerful kick.
