(This is not the specific bottle shown) It has significant coloring, which likely contributes to the sweet and burnt sugar notes. Nevertheless, it’s a surprisingly capable dram for its cost. Made from Speyside and Highland malts (the source of the peat is unclear), its honey sweetness is balanced by a dark chocolate finish, similar to a Cadbury Crunchie.

This spirit falls into the category of good ones. Personally, I don't detect any peat, nor does it have the sweetness or vanilla notes one might expect. There's a faint metallic quality to it.
