While I'm not typically a big fan of Aberlour, this is a quality whiskey. The nose, palate, and finish are all good. It's likely not chill-filtered, but the color has probably been enhanced. The oak aging was done effectively. It's not a high-end or everyday staple, but it serves as an excellent choice for various occasions.
