This 25 Year limited edition was launched to commemorate Aberfeldy's 125th anniversary. The single malt spent over twenty years maturing in a mix of refill hogsheads and refill butts before an additional year in first-fill oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, its release occurred in the fall of 2023, with the US receiving its share in November 2023. The suggested retail price is $575.

It surprisingly has a lot of green fruit notes alongside the sherry influence. Nose: Raisins, Strawberries, Honey, Papayas, Mandarins, Kiwis, Figs, Golden Syrup, Pears, Dates, Green Apples, Green Mangoes Palate/Finish: Raisins, Honey, Milk Chocolate, Papayas, Pears, Cinnamon, Almonds, Walnuts, Grapefruit, Kiwis, Green Apples, Toffee
95 points. Amazingly well-rounded, with notes of herbal lemongrass, roasted corn, and honey. The alcohol is quite potent and powerful throughout.
