Single barrel, 131 proof, selected by Wyatt. Batch 26, bottle # 29. The nose features corn and rye spices such as dill and spearmint. It is not sweet, nor does it taste of the high proof. Abundant licorice and fennel. It coats the mouth well, has an oily texture, and a medium-length finish that isn't overly dry. Some chocolate and peanut notes are also perceptible. When diluted with a bit of water, most of it becomes pleasantly grassy. Some cherry is present on the palate.
