A.E. Dor XO Fine Champagne Cognac

A delicate XO Cognac from A.E. Dor, crafted from a rich combination of Grande & Petit Champagne eaux-de-vie. It begins light and honeyed, with floral notes and vine shoots; the palate features licorice, fruit, mango, and barley; while hints of spice, white flowers, summer berries, and citrus fruit lead to a long, complex finish. Smells of caramel and nuts. Fruity notes present. The taste is smooth and sweet, with some fruitiness. The aftertaste is long and mellow.
