Laws Whiskey House offers this single-barrel bottling of its four-grain bourbon. The Farmer's Select has a mash bill consisting of 60% corn, 20% wheat, 10% rye, and 10% barley, with all grains sourced from Colorado. It is aged for at least three years in new American white oak barrels (53 gallons) and bottled at 47.5% ABV.

The aroma has a strong tart green apple note, along with an earthy and slightly floral scent. After the initial taste, hints of clove and spice were also detected. The palate features strong pepper and rye spice, with a short to medium finish.
Aroma: vanilla, caramel, and light cinnamon. Quite mellow overall. Flavor: the initial taste has a faint smokiness, not sweet, with mild spice. It doesn't last long.
Intense flavors coat the palate; notes of corn chowder, vanilla bark, burnt matches, and Altoid peppermint. It's like an ultimate upgrade!
Sweet, rich nose. Maple syrup notes. The palate is deeply woody, absolutely incredible, finishing with a spicy jolt. The finish is also satisfyingly long. Medium-bodied and rich.
Had an earthy profile with a hint of spice. I enjoyed it, but it didn’t quite live up to its alcohol content.
