This distinct moonshine appears light straw in color, with viscous watery streaks descending the glass. Initially, the aroma is floral and earthy, with hints of varnish, followed by sawdust, citrus, and fruit. Generally pleasing. The mouthfeel is thin and watery, and the initial throat burn is noticeable. Subsequently, other notes emerge, such as lemon, cinnamon, and a sweetness akin to rum. Following the swallow and burn, the aftertaste carries notes of honey then tart lemon. This moonshine is acceptable; I'm content I experienced it, and the team at 3 Hundred Days demonstrates great creativity. However, it did not reach the caliber I know they are capable of.
