This is absolutely fantastic! If you know the scent of an Aspen tree, this tastes like one, but with added Maple sweetness to mellow it out. The stated 61.7% ABV is not apparent in the taste. This isn't a spirit for daily consumption, but if you're willing to venture beyond traditional flavors and explore something quite different, this is it. For $105 a bottle, you receive a highly limited, handcrafted, local batch flavor of authentic Colorado whiskey. I'm so pleased I had the opportunity for this to be shared with me. 3/11/21
