Cask #1, bottle #12. High proof, intense flavor. It almost resembles bourbon due to extended aging, but it's full of character without corn or excessive oak. The recommendation to add water or ice to manage the intensity is correct, as it's bursting with flavor. Almost the best "bourbon" I've ever had 😂
