A sophisticated Single Malt Scotch from Ian Macleod's Distillery in Scotland's Highlands, it was finished in PX Sherry casks and bottled at 40% ABV. It starts aromatically with notes of grain, wood, red berries & fruits, nuts, herbs & spices. A rich & slightly creamy body follows with barley, plum, raisin & vanilla, leading to a balanced, medium-length finish of oak, clove, toasted almonds & sherry. June / September 2025
