A very good Texas Bourbon. The bottle is exceptional. Visually stunning, inside and out. It feels as though they held a distilling license when Texas was its own republic. How cool! On the nose, the first impressions are sweet grain, corn, and vanilla. After a while, honey became very prominent. On the palate, it starts with sweet vanilla, then rye emerges strongly with herbal, eucalyptus, and forest-like flavors. I only took a small taste and was pleasantly surprised. Offers good value for the experience!
